Leadership in Counter Terrorism – Alumni Association


Executive Team

This team represents the Five Eyes and conducts the day to day executive functions of the Association. They are also the Executive members of the Board of the LinCT-AA.

Their aim is to support the development of the Association, facilitate the planning of events, annual conferences, identifying new initiatives and partnerships for the Association.


Executive Managing Director
John Parkinson OBE


John is a former UK police chief constable and counter-terrorism lead. John served with the Police for over 33 years and led one of the largest forces in the UK. He has numerous areas of extensive expertise and is actively involved with an impressive number of organizations helping to create new leaders in Counter Terrorism.

Executive Director – Canada
Sue O’Sullivan

Chair of the International Network Supporting Victims of Terrorism and Mass Violence (INVICTM)and a former Federal Ombudsman for Victims of Crime in Canada. With a 30-year career in policing, retiring as Deputy Chief of Police in Ottawa, Sue has been a steadfast advocate for victims’ rights and safer communities. As Ombudsman, she championed victims’ voices at the federal level, making impactful recommendations for legislative and policy changes. Sue also leads the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police National Working Group and is the Deputy Chair of the Counter Terrorism Preparedness Network (CTPN). Her global influence includes roles with Victim Support Asia and the International Victims Focus Group for Operation Kenova. 

Executive Director – USA
Dave Corderman PhD


Dave dedicated 24 years with FBI as a Special Agent, including many years on the FBI Hostage Rescue Team. He also served as Chief of the FBI’s Leadership Development Institute. In addition, he is presently Senior Partner, The Nicholson Group, LLC.

Executive Director – Australia/NZ
Rob Delaney


Rob dedicated 32 years with the Australian Government, including his time with the Intelligence Community. He is a former member of the Attorney Generals Office, Australia, has served overseas, and throughout Australia.

Executive Director – UK
Tony Fuller


Tony is a Former Commander of MPS, UK. He also served as police National Coordinator for the Pursue Strand of the Government’s counter terrorism strategy (CONTEST), where he led the development of the UK Police counter terrorism infrastructure.
