Membership in the association is limited to individuals (participants, syndicate directors, program managers) who have completed the Leadership in Counter Terrorism (LinCT) program approved by the LinCT Board of Governors or have been expressly invited by the Executive Team.  There are two levels of membership established by the LinCT-AA Bylaws: Members and Affiliate Members.
